It was wet and windy when we left London and so was Wasingham, his digestive system was no match for the high fibre breakfast. As we left the Sarf Landan sprawl behind us in our wake and broke into the lush Surrey countryside, where upon we encounter the Beastess of Bexley hill and her sports car. Luckily we had international relations expert Mr Dalton who pointed out the error of her ways - which was wanting to access her own drive.
After destroying Bexley hill (no walkers, ..?) we sailed majestically down to Midjust like a group of lycra clad hairdressers. On searching for a venue to watch the mighty England we stumbled on the good people of the Curlew Pub in Havants, who despite our gay attire they welcome us with open arms (although some of them were a little bit cheeky). Several pints and £45 quid towards our sponsorship target later, we left with our faith restored in humanity including Portsmouth Football Club supporters - special thanks to Nadine.
Play up Pompey!
Photos on the way!
It was a great day under the belt, bring on day two!
